Our Organization
McCormick Construction Company is based in Bullhead City and serves Mohave County and the tri-state area. We also have a sister company Asphalt Paving & Supply Inc. (Prescott), and our parent company Northern Improvement Company. (North Dakota). All of the companies are under the McCormick Inc. umbrella. We offer a variety of contracting options using conventional design/bid/build, job order contracts or construction manager at risk (CMAR). This gives our customers a variety of options and flexibility on which contracting method best fits their needs. Our staff has many years of knowledge and has the experience to tackle even the most difficult of jobs. McCormick Construction is licensed in Arizona, Nevada and California.
